Certified and Registered Polarity Therapy Practitioner, Energy Interference of the DNA Practicitioner, Reiki Master, combining Listening Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Energy Tracing, and Quantum-Touch® techniques with aromatherapy, nutrition, exercise, attitude, and lifestyle support in one’s healing process. Balancing energy, releasing stress and emotions, alleviating pain and discomfort, and promoting healing and positive growth. Distance healing by appointment.

Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher offering breathwork, meditation, and guided imagery techniques in promoting body-awareness and healing. Ongoing classes in yoga for all ages; private sessions; and indiviudal therapeutic yoga sessions blending energy bodywork with some assisted yoga poses, and relaxation. Pregnancy Yoga classes and Mommy & Me Yoga classes available.

This seminar will begin on Friday, and

continue on Saturday,

ending on Sunday

This seminar will introduce you to a new beginning of changing your lifestyle and your personal health. Through readings, videos, guided meditation, creative visualization, and centering, participants will gain insight towards a better health awareness and understanding of the mind-body-spirit. We will also discuss ways to help understand the self and share information regarding holistic approaches to health issues from nutrition to self-healing. Various nontraditional health alternative modalities will be explored.

Fee: $150.00

Holistic Health Notions - Discussing ways to help understand the self and share information regarding holistic approaches to health issues and a supportive lifestyle. New tools for taking more control of your well-being and gaining insight into a better health awareness and understanding of the mind-body and spirit.

Business Skills - opening the door to beginning your private practice as a professional healer. Looking at personal philiosophies, environment, self-care, the actual foot work in preparing to promote ourselves and our practice, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of putting ourselves "out there," as well as dealing with difficult situations.

Sharing Your Passion - never presented a workshop? This session will help you to think about what you love to share and "what you don't know what you know", what you would like to share, your philosophies of caring, planning, developing objectives, preparing a presentation, setting up space, evaluation, etc.

Simply Breathe! - Conscious, diaphragmatic breath awareness. Being aware of your breathing cycle is another way of relaxing and centering, living life effortlessly. Focusing on the inner self while dealing with the external issues.

Energy Medicine & Healing - Caring for your energetic health revitalizes and restores your mind, body, and spirit to a state of balance, harmony, and wholeness. Discover your energetic self and what that means regarding whole health. Simple and relaxing bodywork to nurture self and others.

Gratitude & Abundance - Explore various ways to attract to you what you truly desire. Includes, focusing on money as energy as well as ways we can manifest what is ours to have and to do.

Alignment Rules - Cleansing and clearing our energy systems and practice achieving an aligned state of being. Maintain a clearer focus of a situation and be better able to "rule the moment."

Aromatherapy - Discover the fascinating history, science, and health benefits associated with plant essential oils. Experience the healing aroma of many of the oils and how to use them.

Prayer: A Vibration of Energy - Sharing ways one communicates with the Universe and the freedom that allows us within. How do we connect with our higher power and the world around us? What does that connectedness mean?

Recognizing Spirituality - Defining spirituality and sharing ways we feel connected to life. How do we know if we are "enlightened" spiritually?

A Fulfilling Life: A Holistic View - Gain insight into a holistic health awareness and understanding for the mind-body and spirit. We will review the quality of our day and how our experiences and thoughts serve us. Looking at choices we may have in caring for ourselves, what are some things we can do to live life more fully?

Forgiveness - Letting go of past attachments to being present in our moment and moving forward to reach our highest potential. Focusing on the meaning of forgiveness, experiencing helpful practices in the process, and how the act of forgiveness helps us to move forward.

We Are What We Think - Feeling stuck? Do you have what you want? Hanging on to old ideas and issues? We'll work with means of "putting out there" what you want. Experience simple methods of releasing emotions, cleansing a room, and reprogramming unsupportive feelings.

Introduction to Meditation - Discussing the various means of meditating, benefits of daily practice of meditation, sharing ways we can get in touch with the inner self, and experiencing some techniques to help quiet the mind.

Polarity Yoga - Learn simple postures to alleviate tension in all its forms, allowing our vital energy to freely flow so that we can be in harmony with ourselves and our environment. By the use of movement, breath, sound, and meditation one can work to achieve a sense of well-being.

Your Life's Purpose - Organizing your life around what matters to you. Finding and living your purpose is very important to having a meaningful, fulfilling life and direction. The session will stimulate your thinking and provide awareness with helpful tools for seeking ways to reach inward toward self-discovery.

Intuition: The Knowing Within - develop a greater awareness of and confidence in your own intuitive process. Focusing on accessing and trusting our inner wisdom.

Light Visuals - A workshop for breathwork, visualizations, chakra cleansing. Journeys within to experience calmness and clarity.

Healing Through the Senses - A team approach to caring for the mind, body, and spirit, focusing on healing with touch, breathwork, guided imagery, and body movement. Includes healing techniques of Reiki, Polarity, Therapeutic Touch, Therapeutic Yoga, and Yoga. Learn to balance your energetic systems, listen to your body's needs, and communicate with your body with a healing intent.

Thinking Allowed - Directing our thoughts to focus on identifying our desires, creating abundance, feeling a sense of connectedness. Awareness through mindfulness, and achieving inner and outer balance.

Partner Yoga - Want to introduce someone to yoga? Set aside this night to relax, have fun, and get to know your partner through yoga. Bring your own partner. Children over eight years are welcome.

Toning & Sculpting - Have you always wanted to try Toning and Sculpting the yoga way but haven't had the opportunity? Come for an evening of fun and challenge.

Absolute Relaxation - Take a break as the holiday season approaches. Give yourself this opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and nurture yourself. Let go and ease into the holidays! Experience an evening of guided meditation, focusing on breathwork and inner peace

Basic Beginner Yoga - Find out why people are loving yoga. The basics of yoga postures, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques will be explored. Experience the ease, peace, and challenge yoga offers. Reconnect with your mind-body and spirit in a new way. Beginner yoga students who have attended this workshop can progress into any Continuing level class, providing there is space.

Pregnancy Yoga - Focus on gentle yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and vocal toning while you connect with your unborn baby and other pregnant women. Cultivate flexibility, confidence, and relaxation now and during childbirth.

Living Effortlessly - Bring less effort into all your daily activities. Explore sensations with your physical and emotional self, noticing changes that can take place with befriending your discomfort. Learn simple techniques for healing mind-body and spirit.

Grieving A Loss - Exploring grief (loss through death or any traumatic separation) and providing an opportunity to redefine our relationship to the loss. How can one transform the grief into something tolerable? Discover degriefing therapies centered around touch, communication and body awareness to unlock blockages that have developed in the body and shift the system to a more harmonious state. A moment to support each one's personal journey in this process.

Guided Meditation & Relaxation - Relaxation experience through series of guided meditation techniques. Reconnecting with your inner peace.

Living In Harmony - How do we create harmony in all aspects of our lives (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) by taking responsibility for what is not working and recognizing that we have choices in caring for ourselves.

Inviting Sleep - Using various self-help techniques you can lull your body-mind-spirit and emotional self into sleep--and return to sleep if you awaken.

Reiki and Therapeutic Touch training classes available as regularly scheduled (see calendar section) and on call.
