Pregnancy Yoga

 

 

Yoga is beneficial at any time during your pregnancy--it's never too late to deepen your relationship with your unborn baby. A series of pregnancy yoga classes will focus on gentle yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and vocal toning. All these techniques will cultivate flexibility, confidence, and relaxation, now and during childbirth.

 

Ideally, it is best for pregnant women to join the Pregnancy Yoga class. More information and exchange happens on the journey through pregnancy and childbirth. You are welcome to join any Beginner class in addition to the Pregnancy Yoga series of classes. Yoga is a great time to give you and your growing baby one-on-one attention. As time progresses, many postures and stretches need to be modified to support you and your baby in feeling comfortable and safe.

 

Either a private session or series of Pregnancy Yoga classes will ensure your physical, mental, and emotional comfort while assiting you in doing everything accurately and appropriately. You will also learn streches and postures designed just for you and your baby that will aid you in pre-and post-delivery.

 

Connect with other pregnant women and the wisdom of your baby and body.
