Polarity Yoga: polarity
yoga postures bring attention to certain energy blockages in
our bodies which can cause us to feel discomfort. These simple
exercises help release and alleviate tension in all its forms,
allowing our vital energy to freely flow so that we can be in
harmony with ourselves and our environment. By the use of movement,
breath, sound, and meditation, one can work to achieve a sense
of well-being of mind, body, and spirit. Chairs and stools may
be used for those who need support. Class is open to all ability
levels.
